How many of you have finally gone to court to get custody of your children?
How many became more sick of living with an abusive alcoholic/drug addict of a father of your children??
Did it take you years and years to finally "See The Light" where you just couldn't allow your kids to be around this behavior any longer?
Did you finally escape and tell a judge you had to have full custody of your children, only to end up being the "bad guy"?
Did you wonder how in the world they ended up with these "Court Officers"?
( If anyone knows, I would love to find out!)
Here's a guy with 3 kids, whom swore the whole time during pregnancy and after, that none of the kids were his.
In all of his 18 year old sons life, the guy has NEVER supported, paid, acknowledged the boy.
Through each pregnancy he had a live-in girlfriend; his mommy accepted everyone of them (she has always chosen to ignore these were drinking/drugging girlfriends) all except for the mother of his children. She chose to believe all of his lies.
Finally, after 17 years of the abuse, physically & mentally, to the mother & kids, the mother files for custody.
(They never married.) She pays all these charges, etc., gets to finally see a judge.
The judge has the most incompetent Family Court Officer I have ever seen or heard of!!
Before court begins both parties have to see this person, after all She is suppose to be Professional, Competent, Knows what she is doing, Should be able to know personalities, I mean come on! She works for a judge! She works for the state! She is Suppose to be working for this woman & children, whom pays her wages!!
Knowing alcoholics and drug addicts, they are very conniving, deceitful, will do whatever it takes to satisfy their addictions.
This drunk/druggy convinces this "Professional" family courts officer that the mother is all to blame, that he is just a "laid back " guy, and the mother is making more out of it than necessary!!
This "Professional" goes into court, and tells the judge that she "feels" it would be in the best interest of the children if joint custody was just left in place, and recommended the father enroll in child rearing classes!!
This is after this "Professional" has seen photos of the guy on drugs; doing drugs; past out at a bar. Testimonies from tons of family & friends as to the abuse the mother has sustained over the years, heard the verbal abuse towards mother & children.
People, everyone is worried about the war, taxes, high economy, what about the FAMILY VALUES AND LIFE STYLES!!
Over and over I hear these horror stories of these poor mothers and children and fathers too! being subjected to these Judges and Family Court Officers that don't have a clue what it is to walk in these peoples shoes!
Finally, they get the courage to try to change things for the better for themselves and their children and they have their lives dictated by people that don't HAVE A CLUE!!
Once again, How Are These People getting these positions???
All the paperwork went to the Judge after investigating by this so called "Family Court Officer" and the mistakes and downright wrong statements by the court officer are in there, and this judge is reading it and believing it!!
The INCOMPETENCE IS INCREDIBLE!!
So, of course the mother argues the point and the Judge sets Another hearing, and in the meantime, the mother gets the bill from the county to PAY FOR THIS INCOMPETENT FAMILY COURT OFFICER for her "investigation".
This mother has always shouldered the responsibility of feeding, clothing, paying for insurance on her children.
She has been in college for a few years now, that is the only way she knows will give her the opportunity to give her kids the life they deserve. She has been doing this on only $8.00 an hour!! The father works construction making over $23.00 an hour, BUT HE'S BROKE!
i KNOW WE VOTE JUDGES IN, HOW DO THESE FAMILY COURT OFFICERS GET THESE JOBS??
I feel Super bad for the people whom have to go through the Ramsy County Family Courts Systems!!
Start Praying, because you are going to need them!!
